Me and my hubby love beef broth so i thought i use this instead of regurlar beef to no disappointment! ( the only thing about it is that it's got a strong weird smell to it but once cooked it tastes good).
Tastes like real ground beef!

Tried this as a burger. Not good flavor. Really nasty really. I care about my ingredients. Look what is in this fake meat. It's really nothing good.

I mixed the incogmeato ground with actual ground beef and I didn't notice a difference in flavor at all. The texture is slightly softer but really I wouldn't have noticed had I not been looking for differences.

The Incogmeato burgers were excellent. We grilled them and honestly, we couldn't tell they were not real meat burgers. The taste and texture were on consistent with regular burgers, but with zero cholesterol.

If you are vegetarian or just looking to cut back on red meat this stuff is fantastic. It's so versatile. Rather than a pre-made patty, burger, link, meatball, etc...this allows me to start from scratch on recipes that call for ground beef, and season things the way I want to. New favorite at my house is Mongolian Meatball Ramen, "meatballs" made from scratching using Incogmeato Ground. It looks, prepares, cooks, and tastes like meat. I couldn't tell the difference.
Fantastic. This opens up so many new recipes.
